RBA participates in the UBA Health Plan Survey, which is the nation’s largest and most comprehensive survey of U.S. employer health plans. We can provide you with data from this survey to help you make strategic decisions about the benefits you offer, to help you stay competitive in our marketplace. Online Enrollment
What can be simpler for your employees? A few quick clicks of the mouse and they are guided through the entire enrollment process. Online Enrollment reduces paperwork and provides your HR staff with a simple system to gather error-free employee election data, administer your benefits program, and run necessary reports. Russ Blakely and Associates provides you with an easy-to-understand online enrollment system tailored to meet the specific needs of your business. The benefits Connect (sm) service we offer through United Benefits Advisors produces online employee benefit statements and includes a modeling component to calculate benefit costs during the enrollment process.
