Feb. Webinar: Communicating with Benefit Plan Participants in the Digital Age

The February installment of the Employer Webinar Series will explore compliance requirements and challenges of electronic notices for benefit plans.

The primary focus of our business is assisting employers in designing group benefit plans for their employees, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans. We have relationships with all of the major carriers that operate in the Tennessee Valley as well as many trusted national providers.

Our team works with each employer group to determine the needs of their organization and uses that knowledge to help design a customized benefit plan for their employees. Recognizing that this can often mean changing carriers or modifying plan designs, our staff engages in ongoing continuing education and works with the providers to stay on top of new plan options and offerings in the marketplace that may suit a particular organization well. We participate in the UBA Health Plan survey each year, which is the nation’s largest health plan survey, compiling the responses from over 11,000 employers. This data allows us to benchmark your plan data to national norms, as well as by region, employer size and industry categories. Employers have found this data very useful as they make decisions about benefits in order to remain competitive in their respective markets.

We value communication with both benefit administrators and employees and use a variety of methods to educate all participants about the aspects of the benefit plan. It is our goal to equip employees with the knowledge and tools to use their health and welfare plans wisely, so as to maximize the investment that has been made by both the employee and the employer in the cost of the plan. Our relationship with UBA allows us to offer administrators ongoing educational opportunities as well, through newsletters, webinars and other materials that inform you on changes in rules, regulations, and especially important right now, health care reform.

Above all else, we strive to be a trusted resource for group benefit and HR administrators. Our experienced staff of account managers is available to help resolve routine service issues on your benefit plans and we have solutions that can alleviate many of the headaches that can come along with your benefit plans.

In addition to the services listed above, Russ Blakely & Associates can provide solutions in the areas of:
